Kristyn’s visit during our Read Around the World celebration was truly special. From the moment she began, her gentle and reassuring presence immediately put the entire room at ease. She has a natural, heartfelt way of speaking with children that draws them in and makes them feel both seen and valued.
Beyond the impact on students, I also walked away with new insights and strategies as an educator. Kristyn modeled thoughtful ways to approach sensitive topics, guide reflection, and support students emotionally, with skills that I will carry forward in my own teaching.

Before Kristyn introduced me to Lumi, grief and loss had been profound challenges for me, both personally and professionally.
